Created in 2000, this fund was developed to allow youth and victims to reach a financial compensation agreement through a mediation process when the youth does not have the necessary financial means. Youth work for non-profit organizations, allowing them to raise a sum that is then paid to the victims. Each hour of work is equivalent to the current minimum wage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Help us keep this program alive by making a donation to the R\u00e9parado fund.
