These measures are intended to offer positive perspectives to youth and to reinforce their respect for societal values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The YCJA encourages family and community member involvement in the reparation process, which also benefits the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an alternative justice organization, Trajet is mandated to apply some of the measures of the YCJA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through community service, youth put their talents and skills to good use by providing non-renumerated work to a community organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This community service can also be completed through group work for isolated events, whether these be cultural, athletic or charitable.
