The program is intended for secondary students and/or teachers who are experiencing a conflict and wish to solve it by engaging in a mediation process. The school calls on mediators from Trajet who will visit your school to initiate the process. The parties are invited to meet in the presence of a mediator to discuss the situation and to work together to improve the relationship and to identify solutions that are constructive and satisfactory for all concerned.
