Our Mission
Trajet is a community organization dedicated to the development and implementation of alternative justice practices in Montreal.
Our interventions also promote community management of conflicts.
Our Mandate
Trajet is mandated to implement some extrajudicial measures and youth sentences under the YJCA (Youth Criminal Justice Act) while encouraging the involvement of youths, victims, parents, organizations and the community. The same applies for compensatory work agreements under Quebec’s Code of Penal Procedure.
